About Evolution CNC

All our premium campervan furniture is designed and manufactured in-house, to be functional, hardwearing, lightweight, and, most importantly, to recreate the look and feel of campervan furniture as you know it.

The construction of our units is not to be confused with inferior substandard materials like chipboard, MDF, cheap plywood, or even paper-backed lamination. We use high-quality, lightweight poplar plywood as our core board, which is then high-pressure laminated with an ABS laminate, making it highly durable. The plywood product range we use is verified under established sustainable and responsible forest management certification schemes.

We only use premium fixtures and fittings from leading manufacturers such as Hafele, Vadania, and GTV. Our units are held together with cam-locks and pins, no plastic furniture blocks, giving a much stronger construction.

The units are scribed to the contours of the van but may need slight adjustments for a perfect fit. They are also designed for OEM ply lining. If you're unsure about your ply lining, please get in touch with us first.
