We've made upgrading from lead-acid even simpler with the brand new Roamer 144SMART5. This ‘drop-in’ battery replacement packs 144Ah of lithium power and premium SMART5 features into the same low profile, group 49 case size found in many popular motorhomes. The 144SMART5 also comes with battery posts and screw terminals, giving you the option to upgrade your battery without changing any cables.

The Roamer 144SMART5 provides the simplest and most effective way to upgrade your motorhome from lead-acid. The low profile group 49 case is the same size and format as those found in most popular motorhomes - simply swap the batteries over, reconnect the clamp terminals and off you go. The compact low profile case size also allows it to fit comfortably under a seat, in a side cupboard, or behind the wheel arch.
SMART5 drop-in features including Active Balancing, Emergency Recovery and Storage Mode allow you to charge your lithium battery with almost any standard lead-acid charger so there's no need to rip out all of your electrics. If you do decide to upgrade your system however, Roamer can advise on everything you need as part of the free Roamercare service, included with every battery purchase.
