The RAP Pop Top roof is a premium-quality, easy-to-operate roof, that can transform a regular panel van into a camper van capable of sleeping up to four people. It can also be retro fitted to existing camper vans that don’t have a pop top.

Having a pop top fitted also increases the interior head height inside the main living space of the van.

What is a Pull Testing Certification?
All RAP Pop Tops Elevating Roofs are pull tested and supplied with a testing certificate, an automotive pull test, also known as a pull-out or pull-off test, is a procedure that measures the strength and integrity of a component by separating two secured parts under tension:
Purpose - Pull tests assess the stability and durability of a structure and ensure it can safely bear the intended load. They can also be used to verify the quality of a crimping process.
How it works - A test rig is attached to the component and tension is applied until it breaks or reaches a predetermined limit. The maximum tension applied is recorded.
Types of pull tests - Pull tests can be destructive or non-destructive. Destructive tests require the component to break or be completely removed, while non-destructive tests are set to stop when a certain load limit is reached.
Warranty Information
Rap Pop Tops are proud to warrant their fibreglass roofs and assembly parts to cover any fault in product breakdown or part defect as per below breakdown from the original date of the product supply.
You'll need to provide the original invoice number to back up any claim.
The first 2 years cover parts and labour, the remaining warranty covers parts only. The warranty is not transferable.
The warranty will only be valid if the product has been used in the advised manner as recommended by the manufacturer and subject to an annual service or maintenance as advised, and will not include any misuse or extreme weather conditions that may impede the safety and care of the product.
The warranty covers any defect that may be on the production or fault in materials used but does not include the canvas wear and tear.
Roof skins need to be washed and polished as you would do with the rest of the vehicle, lack of care to the roof top can result in fading as with the rest of your vehicle.
